Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at team@emoirbackpacks.com or WhatsApp us at 8637371668. Once your return is approved, our delivery partner will collect the item directly from your doorstep.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item as per our return process. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at team@emoirbackpacks.com
